ABOUT HARVEY BROOKER

As a young man, founder Harvey Brooker struggled with his weight. He attempted every fad diet he could find, tried so-called “calorie-wise” food, and even tried to flat-out starve himself thin. Of course, none of it worked.

By his late twenties, Harvey was a husband to Helen and a father to two young children, but was still overweight. He could see the future of his health and of his family’s future laid out before him and it didn’t look bright. Without an intervention, Harvey understood that his weight would begin to take a toll on his health. It was around this time that he started using a popular group support weight loss program in an attempt to drop the weight, and his life changed.
