Power Hour

Power Hour meetings are sixty minutes long and are conducted three times a week - so you can attend whichever meeting best fits your schedule.

Our presentations will provide you with information to help keep you on track. All our presentations are conducted by men who have successfully lost weight with the Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men Program.
