Is there a minimum weight loss?

There is no minimum amount of weight that you are required to lose. The program can help any man, at any age, with any weight loss goal.

I'm on shift work, will the program work for me?

The program is made to adjust to your life, with the eating program being easily accessible.

Will I Be Hungry?

Absolutely not. Most of our members are surprised by the amount of food one can consume and still lose weight.

I Travel Extensively, Can I Still Participate?

Absolutely! We have options for those who are unavailable on a weekly basis.
