Most weight loss package options are not made specifically for men. Ours is tailor-made for men and complete with a built-in support system to keep you on track to becoming your ideal self. The membership breakdown consists of four different weight loss package types: three months, six months, nine months and 12 months.* Each package is set up to accommodate different weight loss goals.
- 12-Month Membership This plan is for those whose ideal weight loss is over 45 pounds.
- 9-Month Membership This plan is recommended for those who wish to lose 45 pounds or less.
- 6-Month Membership This plan is best for men who wish to lose 25 pounds or less.

The Harvey Brooker Weight Loss for Men™ offers many benefits besides weight loss and a support system:
