Sunday Schedule
UPON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO:
- Complete the top part of the registration card
- Be weighed in by one of our Maintaining Members
in private, and have your weight recorded on the registration
card
- After weigh in, you’ll be introduced to some
of our Members. This will give you an opportunity
to speak to men who are already involved in our program
and ask them questions about the program and their
personal progress.
The meeting starts at 10:00 AM. You will be able to
observe and enjoy the presentation BEFORE you make the
decision to join. The class is conducted for 1 hour,
at the end of which you are invited to stay behind for
New Member orientation. Once you have made the decision
to join the program, you will be given the new member
materials which includes the 6 hour “Weight Loss
Mastery for Men” tapes or CD’s (your choice)
and the 20/20 Food plan, which will be explained to
you. You will also have the opportunity to ask Harvey
questions at the end of your orientation.
The orientation will last for approximately half an
hour following which you will be able to register at
the front desk. Please select the plan that is suitable
to the amount of weight you want to lose. You will be
given some guidelines as to the approximate time it
will take you to attain your healthy weight. Although
it is not our policy to set “goal weights”
for you, we are able to give you a fair assessment of
what you might consider a “Healthy Weight Goal”
