Sign up for your complimentary introductory class and experience the Harvey Brooker Power Hour for yourself before making your decision to participate in the program. After Harvey's Power Hour, you are invited to stay behind for the New Member Orientation conducted by Harvey.
Upon arrival...
On your first day, we ask you to arrive by 9:15am. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a host, a man who has lost weight on our program, who will make sure that you feel comfortable at your initial meeting. You'll be asked to complete the top part of a registration card. This will not commit you in anyway to joining the program.
Next, you will be weighed in by one of our Maintaining Members in a private room and your weight will be recorded on your registration card. All members are weighed in privately every Sunday and their progress tracked. After weigh in, your host will escort you into our auditorium and introduce you to some of our members to give you an opportunity to speak to men who are already involved in the program and ask them questions about their personal progress. You'll then be ready to listen to the Power Hour.
And listen is the operative word, there's no participation on your part.
The Harvey Brooker POWER HOUR™
It's called a POWER HOUR™ because of the strength of the message. Harvey's prepared talks speak to men and their weight challenges. He touches on such subjects as the escalation of Type 2 Diabetes among overweight men, how taking control of your body means changing your attitude towards food, and why one "slip" can lead to a 40 pound weight gain. Attending the meetings every Sunday morning will give you the motivation and strength to continue your journey to a healthy body. Seeing the other men in your group losing weight along with you will inspire you. Hearing their stories will convince you - this program works.
New Member Orientation
The orientation is made up of new members only and is held after Harvey finishes his presentation. This takes about 1 hour. It begins with a current member giving a talk about his experiences in the program - why he joined and how far he has progressed. Then Harvey will personally introduce himself to you. The orientation includes a detailed introduction to the 20/20 healthy eating plan, and you'll have the opportunity to join The Harvey Brooker Program at the end of the orientation. You know exactly what’s in store for you before you sign anything.
You will be given the opportunity to ask Harvey questions at the end of your orientation.
Joining Harvey Brooker Weight Loss For Men
Once you have made the decision to join the program, simply register at the front desk and receive Harvey's unique Weight Loss Mastery For Men series of insights and strategies - a set of 6 motivational CDs. You'll also receive your weekly Eating Awareness Record and the Brooker 20/20 Healthy Eating Plan Food Guide.
Our staff will guide you to select the plan that is suitable to the amount of weight you want to lose. You will be given some guidelines as to the approximate time it will take you to attain your healthy weight. Although it is not our policy to set “goal weights” for you, we are able to give you a fair assessment of what you might consider a "Healthy Weight Goal."
