The Brooker Fit Man program teaches you new eating behaviours and how to make healthy decisions. It involves buying and eating regular foods found at your grocery store and eating at regular intervals so you never feel hungry. The program teaches you how to take off your weight and keep it off for life.
It’s about motivation and inspiration. Every Sunday the members of the program meet and discuss the plan, their goals, their achievements, and their challenges. The men you meet every Sunday morning will be one of your greatest resources. Through camaraderie and healthy competition, they meet their weight targets pound by pound.

No injections or pre-packaged food! The Brooker Fit Man program is about healthy living not prefab weight loss.
The 20/20 Healthy Eating Program itemizes all of the foods that you may eat and in what portions. All the food from the program can be purchased in the grocery store. The program includes 3 meals a day plus snacks. You will not be hungry because you will be eating healthy balanced meals. The program does not make you count calories or carbohydrates and, unlike other more drastic programs, the daily calorie intake is not shocking to your system or difficult to maintain.
What to expect at your introductory session.
At your first Sunday morning session, you will realize that all the men you hear from have achieved amazing weight loss with Harvey Brooker. The class starts with Power Tips from the group’s Protégé leaders. They stand at the front of the room and talk about commitment and focus. And then they talk about fibre, vitamins, or other key ingredients of healthy living.
These are not muscle bound fitness studs telling you how “easy it is” to look like them. These are guys who have been where you are and have turned it around - some of them losing over 150 pounds!
Then Harvey takes the stage and addresses the group, sharing personal observations on the success of the men in the room and about things that have changed in their lives since they started the program. This is followed by Harvey’s Power Hour Talk, a powerful meticulously prepared talk. Harvey has done this for over 1200 consecutive classes, delivering a message that speaks to men.
Harvey is the catalyst to you conquering your weight issues. He has personally experienced what you are going through and he has discovered the answer. His is the only weight loss program expressly for men in North America.

The Harvey Brooker Center for Men's Weight Loss moved to its current location in 1997. Acting upon his philosophy that it's not just about weight loss, but helping men make strong commitments to themselves, Harvey has worked hard to create a motivational space for members and visitors alike. Inspiring messages and quotes adorn the walls, and each of the meeting rooms are named after people who have shown determination, tenacity, and positive change in their lives. The Harvey Brooker Power Hour Auditorium is sub-titled "Commitment", in honour of Harvey and all the men who have committed to positive change in their lives.
Over the years, more than 2300 men have attended the Center. Members say that visiting this highly motivational environment keeps them on track not only for their weight loss experience, but in their careers, their relationships with their families and friends, and in every aspect of their lives.
